Stop #7 of 9- Harbor Park

Norfolk Tides (AAA) – After a couple of weeks crisscrossing the Southwest portion of the Old Dominion it was time to hang a right turn on US-58 and take it to the Tidewater area.

. The last time I attended a game the Tides were hosting the home team was still called Tidewater and Met Park was the diamond. Yes, I am old as the Tides packed up and moved to the banks of the Elizabeth River back in 1993.

. Tonight the Orioles top minor league club play host to the Durham Bulls and the home fans are hoping for a better result after the Bulls captured the series opener 11-0 last night.

. Game 2 of the 6 game set is minutes away and there has been a few pics taken already. First Pitch is set for 7:05 and they are about to call out the two best words in all of Sports – “Play Ball “

Durham plated two runs in the Top of the 1st as the contest began at 7:07pm with a Game Time tempature of 90°
