Stonewall Jackson pushes Strasburg to 4 games / Central defeats Warren County

 QUICKSBURG – Stonewall Jackson captured game 3 against Strasburg Tuesday night and threatened to push the match to a fifth and deciding game before falling 3-1 (25-16,25-17,15-25, 25-22).

        Stonewall scored five straight points to take a 22-21 lead late in game four but the Rams ran off four un-answered points to close out the match. SJHS falls to 1-2 on the season and returns to action Thursday night when Eastern Mennonite comes to Quicksburg.


       EMHS collected a 3-0 victory Tuesday night over the Page County Panthers (25-8, 25-21,25-9). Panthers Head Coach Alan Knight mentioned that he received a solid effort from  senior Brittany Wolfe in the defeat.


     Central High School collected its second victory of the season with a 3-1 home victory over Warren County. Coach Huckstep checked in with results for her Falcons.

of 3-2 (18-25, 25-17, 25-22, 22-25, 17-15 ). There will be a gamer up at at 12:01 A.M. with all the details.
